Tim is a HUGE red's fan - as a special treat I scored them access to GAB on a 

very very busy game day. It almost makes up for the broken down trolley.... ;) 

It seems like no TC wedding is complete without a stop at CMC! I wasn't even with them - 

I was at the phoenix setting up. Good thing Rick knows the public safety crew! I absolutely love those 2 shots. 

AYFKM with the next two? The Phoenix needs to add these to their brochures!!

Bitter Bridesmaid's Bash!

The Bitter Bridesmaid Bash, sponsored by The Bridal Studio, is an annual fundraiser for Kenzie's Closet. Kenzie's Closet provides prom dresses and related accessories to high school seniors who cannot otherwise afford them. Wear your old bridesmaid dress one last time for a night on the town before donating it to a great cause! 

The third annual Bitter Bridesmaid Bash is just around the corner, and they've gathered together some wonderful sponsors and donors to bring you a fun night for a great cause. (Details on this year's participating bars and sponsors will be posted soon!) 

I've personally had some of my students shop at Kenzie's Closet for prom so I've witnessed their work through the eyes of an 18 year old. Grab your friends and come out to support this amazing charity. 

Here's information about this year's event: September 10, 2009 6:00-10:00 

6-7 PM: Registration 

Arrive at The Bridal Studio (610 Main St) between 6 and 7 PM, wearing your donation dress (don't forget to wear something underneath-- you'll be dressless at the end of the night!). By committing to donate your dress at the end of the evening, your $10 admission fee will be waived.

6-9 PM: Pub Crawl 

Your admission will get you drink specials at several bars throughout Main Strasse Village. Have fun wearing your dress for one final night out!

9 - 10PM: Prizes 

We will all gather at our final spot to raffle prizes and donate dresses. Changing stations will be available, and the first 100 attendees who donate a dress will be given a t-shirt in exchange at the end of the night (stamps will be given at registration to designate the first 100). The first 100 guests will also receive a bag filled with gifts from our various sponsors.

I stumbled on Melody's blog - My Sweet and Saucy and got caught up for about an hour. She is fabulous!!! The following cakes kept jumping out to me - I think they have the perfect balance of contemporary and tradition. I'm a huge fan.

Just because your outdoors doesn't mean you can't have a gobo. In fact, guests don't expect any special lighting at an outdoor wedding - triple points for surprising them!
